Subscription & Cancellation Policy

At AfricanShop.co, we strive to ensure your self-care routines remain uninterrupted. Our subscription system is designed to offer flexibility for both your initial order and renewal periods, while maintaining our operational security:

1. Initial Subscription & Cancellation Window

  • The 72-Hour Rule: You have the right to cancel your order without providing any reason within the first 3 calendar days (72 hours) from the moment you create your initial subscription order.
  • For cancellations made within this period, your payment will be fully refunded and your subscription will be terminated.

2. Operational Boundary: Shipment Movement

  • Irreversible Process: Even within the first 3 days, if your order has been packed, a tracking number has been generated, or the package has been handed over to the carrier (i.e., logistics movement has started), the cancellation of that specific order cannot be processed.
  • Due to the safety and hygiene standards of our personal care products, it is not possible to stop or recall packages once the shipment process has begun.

3. Subscription Cycle & Billing Requirement

  • Minimum 1-Cycle Requirement: For customers who wish to receive their products but do not intend to continue their subscription; since subscription benefits (discounted pricing, etc.) have been applied, the billing must complete at least 1 (one) full cycle.
  • Once the first cycle and payment are successfully completed and your product has reached you, you may terminate your subscription at any time before the next billing period begins.
